1. What forms are required to participate?
We require all participants/families to complete both the waivers below. Waivers are required to be completed by the first session. If you are mailing the waivers, please allow extra time for postal service transport.

2. What do SPURS sessions cost?
Our sessions are offered on a sliding scale fee basis. If you are able to pay the regular fee rate we ask that you do so as this gives us greater flexibility with families that simply cannot at this time. It is our desire to offer mentoring services regardless of financial ability, therefore we offer a sliding scale to make our services accessible to all. Please see the scale below for financial consideration:

Session payments can be made at online via Flipcause: SPURS Session Payment. Please have payments made in the beginning of the month prior to sessions.

4. What resources do you have for foster/adoptive families?
Foster Family Connect is a great resource to find newsletters, podcasts, and a community of people who are going through the same experience!

5. Does my family need to be religious to enroll our children in SPURS?
No, of course not. While we built our foundation on the goodness of God, it is an optional conversation piece between mentors and kiddos. We will not force or require anyone to have those conversations.
