Mentors: 

Mentors are very core to our SPURS program and truly make a life long impact on their kiddos. Mentors meet individually with a session youth and an equine friend. Mentors spend ninety minutes with each youth providing ranch, equine (riding and non-riding) and non-equine opportunities. Our mentors have a heart to make a positive impact to some of the most vulnerable and hurting youth. Your unconditional love & shoulder-to-shoulder ranch time creates a place for kids to know they matter, that they belong and that they make a difference. It is a place of humbling and amazing transformation and restoration. 

Must be willing to commit to mentoring for a minimum of one year, typically on a weekly or every other week basis. Schedules remain consistent throughout the school year, summer schedule may not be the same as the school year.  Mentors are paid on a per session basis.
